In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, net of pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cashable credits awarded to a Player's Account under a promotion.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process required before certain Account actions are permitted.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all Accounts on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over in eligible wagers before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by the Operator's policy.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered Player or as a guest — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting 92game support via the live chat facility available within your Account dashboard.

To register and maintain an Account on 92game you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. 92game operates a strict 21+ policy on all real-money gaming activity. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by 92game or by another gaming operator — that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 92game or any affiliated company, in circumstances where participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 92game Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes by contacting 92game support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 92game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to protect your credentials adequately.

All Account transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92game accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. 92game does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have successfully completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money Balance (Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements are met).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals target processing within 10 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals target processing within one business hour during standard banking hours.
• 92game reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

92game does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered Account holder. Any funds identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated Account reviewed.

92game offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 92game promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any one time unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using bonus funds, and multi-account bonus farming — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds that remain unreleased after the stated expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• 92game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require.

Each game available on the 92game Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an individual game's rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise in respect of a specific matter.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures conducted at licensed studio facilities. 92game does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on request from the support team.

Sports betting odds are set by 92game's trading team and are subject to change before a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that wager unless a manifest error is identified. In the case of a manifest pricing error, 92game reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92game Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or acting as a proxy registrant for another person.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage or matched betting strategies using 92game promotional offers.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction applied to your Account or to an Account associated with you.

92game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within the Account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net-loss threshold over a defined period, after which no further wagers will be accepted until the limit resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools immediately and to seek support from a qualified counsellor. 92game staff will never attempt to discourage you from using responsible gaming tools or from self-excluding.

92game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Continuing to allow Account activity would expose 92game or other Players to legal, financial, or reputational risk.
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, 92game may withhold some or all of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after all applicable checks are completed.

A Player wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact the 92game support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided no outstanding KYC or investigation is pending.

All content on the 92game Platform — including but not limited to the 92game name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of 92game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 92game.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92game shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 92game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

92game's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 92game's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

92game's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the 92game Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 92game collects personal data necessary for Account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the fulfilment of legal obligations. 92game does not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketing companies. 92game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 92game will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92game holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 92game's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
